How do I rush ATO?

My uncle used to be a brother here. Saw their house on West, looks decent enough. Anyone know how to rush them -- didn't see them on the IFC open house list?

They don't recolonize until at least Fall 2023, but realistically might even be Fall 2024. Sorry bud, either join another frat or wait until you're an upperclassman to be in the founding class.
