Aphi/DG/Kappa is the new key 3? What happened to Theta is core 4 no more?

this is all nonsense, c4 is very much a thing, you'll see in rush when they cut at least half of the rushees in the first round

Theta is definitely an upper sorority, but the girls simply don’t have the class or money or looks that Aphi/DG/Kappa does. Their last class especially definitely knocked them down a social tier

core four still exists to some extent but it's clear theta is nowhere near as good as the others- even their mixers are much much worse

prob with c4 is that those 4 houses are so different it's hard to compare/rank. while dg known for wealth/connections, aphi for looks and kappa for hardcore partying, theta is more known for being quirky/SJW/"cool" girls. hard to rank that. c4 and sdt are all pretty different. then each house below c4/sdt can be seen as similar to one of those 5 in some way
