Rushing top frats without dirty rush

What's up, I'm a freshman who didn't really get a chance to dirty rush top houses since I was pretty busy and didn't know anyone in specific in the houses. Is it possible to get a bid at these houses without dirty rushing? I'm confident I'd be a good fit based on what I've heard from people. Specifically interested in like Chi Phi, Sig Phi, Sig Chi.
