January 19 Suggested Travel Date and Potential New Member Orientation. A potential new member is the term used for a student participating in recruitment who is not yet a fraternity member. There is a potential new member orientation planned on the evening of January 19th.
January 20 and 21 Open House Rounds; PNMs visit fraternity houses to get to know them. PNMS may choose to attend any fraternities they wish. Schedules are split between houses on West Campus and North Campus.
January 22 Invite Only Event; PNMs attend only the fraternity events to which they were invited.
January 23 – 25 Break to focus on classes as classes begin January 23
January 26 – 28 Invite Only Events; PNMs again attend only fraternity events to which they received another invitation.
January 29 Bid Day: The day PNMs may be invited to join a fraternity by receiving an official bid, or invitation to join

Uh, opposite. For January 2021 and 2022 it began the first day of classes. For January 2023 they moved it up to start with the orientation session on the 19th (Thursday) with open houses on Friday and Saturday. The schedule has been out for weeks.
