How Does Frat Rush Week Work?

I am a freshman and really want to know how this works. I have heard the first day is open houses where you meet guys and put in your name then after that, you just get invited to places. Do you need to go with a group of friends on the first day? How does that first day work? Is it just 10 freshman surrounding one dude?

Go to open houses and see if you like the brothers. If they like you they will invite you to an invite you only event later to get to know you better.
