How hard is it to join a C4 mid?

Can I join a c4 mid if I didn’t get invited to any dirty rush events? What are the these frats looking for in rush week?

not hard if you’re chill. Mids dirty rush yes but they lose their top kids to upper houses and have to take a lot of kids they meet for the first time during rush week. just check them out during open houses
