An announcement for all the freshmen regarding O week

Hello,

We will be throwing at our annex on Cook Street. The addy is 109 Cook Street. Each freshmen dude should have around 4 freshmen girls with him to be let in. You also must be a boarding school kid that played Lacrosse in high school. DKE only takes REAL studs. The following Greek Orgs are banned from entering our cook annex:
1- Chi Phi's Annex (Phi Kappa Pi: Middle tier and rising!)
2- DDD because we don't want to do our pity mixers with them anymore. The smelly chis can have them
3- The Smelly Chi's
