Message for Chi Phi and Pikapp

Hello,
Lately a lot of people have been trying to take down pikapp. Pikapp is the undisputed ‘middle tier and rising frat’. We understand that the brothers of Chi Phi fraternity have signed a lease with Pikapp brothers to use their house as their main annex. However, the brothers of DKE would also like to use that place as an annex. Especially given the fact that the manpower of Pikapp comes with the annex. We would love for the brothers of DKE to have someone else do our duties for us. Pikapp brothers are excellent annex hosts. They provide you with free alcohol, do your rides for you, and clean up after you and ask for nothing in return. Don’t pass up on this opportunity!
