if you are really going to shake up the system to reflect actual houses today, this would be more accurate. and fwiw no reason to say "always" because there has been more change over the years than people realize. ive heard in the 90s APhi was the absolute bottom house, theta wasn't much better and aephi/piphi were much higher. things change over time especially with frats since they get kicked off and come back totally different
