What's the deal with DDD?

I see posts and comments frequently about how DDD is co-ed, isn't all women, or things to that effect. What does this mean? Can someone elaborate on what is going on?

if ddd has guys in their sorority do you mind sharing who they are because i can't think of a single guy in ddd let alone multiple. theres one singular trans member who is not a guy get over yourselves

ddd has a trans sister that is currently going through a medical gender transition mtf. the sorority isn't coed but a lot of people on here think its funny to say that
