Upper and Upper mid descriptions?
by: curiousBefore anyone goes off, I know these houses are in different tiers, but could anyone give a description of the difference between Sig Pi, DX, Chi Psi, Chi Phi and Lambda.

Sig Pi: if you’re tall, rich and white you’ll get in
After sig pi, all these houses have an identity crisis. They get the occasional C4 mixer (except chi phi and lambda). They all wanna be top and are p social climbey
DX: Top rejects, soft kids (because they don’t haze at all), diverse, wholesome. Some are tryhards and a little too social climbey
Chi Psi: Try to act like they’re top house. A bunch of really fratty kids and a bunch of kids that match DX’s vibes mixed together. Diverse. Sick physical house
Chi Phi: p fratty but can come off as tryhards, a lot of rugby meatheads, expect to be hazed, worst mixing schedule of the lot and the most social climbey house in this ‘tier’
Lambda: diverse, soft, some really funny and sweet guys. new class seems to be social climbey af, also mixing schedule comparable to Chi Phi. One of the worst of the lot
