This is a pretty comprehensive list that represents the general consensus on campus. Frats at the top or bottom of a tier could be moved up or down, depending on preference.
Also important to note that more freshmen will frequent bottom frats for opens their first semester than any other tier. Just know they don’t mix but do have fairly strong brotherhoods

Yeah I mean I know they are still operating (aephi girls still get merch from them + they’ve been doing some mixers)... I’d say only thing holding them back is not having a decent class in the past year + losing SAE’s house (still don’t know how they’d throw anything big in the phi Mu house).

Fiji and Llenroc have been operating underground too and are much better frats. SNU and SAE came back from scratch, but they're probably still ahead of Sammy, plus they have really good houses.

maybe bump psk up a little. they’ve had notoriously bad events and taken bad classes but they’re still mixing with a few mid sororities + consistent mixers with PSS

pike, phi tau and psk all mix with pss. But psk mixes with pss the most and I don’t think there’s any problems with that. This just means they’re better than other lower mids

Facts^ Bump on this. They still mix better than all the lower mids and they’re still a borderline mid frat if not the top of lower mid

Mixing with a bottom house is a sign of weakness and needs to be punished in the rankings, therefore psk is lower mid now. There's a reason top and upper houses never sniff bottom or lower tier sororities.

contrary to popular belief, sammy didnt 'just die' after being kicked. they've only been gone for one year and have been operating underground. While all the other houses have been perpetually stuck in lower mid for the past 4-5 years (DKE, AGR), Sammy was and is def better than them
not to say they arent whack. but relatively speaking, theyre prolly the frattiest in their tier and they made a good comeback with a house set already
