Is Fall Rush the same as spring?
by: fall rushTransfer here. a couple buddies told me about the rush in the spring, is it the same for the fall? also is pledging the same?

Fall rush can be a little more difficult than the spring. They won’t roll out the red carpet for you—not gonna be any party busses or casinos. Frats usually prefer to take kids they’ve been dirty rushing for a while. To get a bid in a week you really have to blow them away.

fall rush is usually more chill than spring rush. most houses are looking for chill transfers in the fall. if youre really concerned with getting a bid from a top house that doesnt do fall rush, you can still rush in the fall, see how it goes, you dont have to accept a bid in the fall if you want to hold out for the spring. most likely you will find a good fit in the fall because the houses that dont do fall rush arent that special compared to the houses that do fall rush

Sig Chi, Sig Phi, AD only do spring rush so if your planning to go to a top house only DU (and I guess sig pi) do fall rush
