Reasons why SAE will do well

1. One of the best physical houses with a big terrace, good views, and large renovated inside
2. Good location, close to campus, with block party potential next to Fiji, AD, and Chi Psi
3. One of the best alumni groups, lot's of money
4. History of throwing very large, well-funded parties (white and green parties)
5. One of the biggest and best national fraternities
6. New PC is all Business majors or sports team people (or both)

Such cap. 122 McGraw is literally a dorm for geeds. I mean SAE guys are pretty much geeds too at this point.

money and house don’t mean anything. even if they get their house, they can’t have a full house of 80 brothers till 2024, and they’ll be super squiddy at that point. it took chi psi about 7 years to be a respected house after they came back, and it’ll take SAE the same

Gotta address these BS
1 and 2. Yeah, the physical house is pretty dope, but y’all won’t move in until at least 2023-2024. Plus, Sammy was in that house and they were irrelevant.
4. History doesn’t mean anything if the actives are wackos.
5. Nationals being well-connected and rich don’t mean much. Kappa Sig has 300+ chapters and look at their Cornell one. Same w Beta and TKE.
6. Their new pc is tiny and full of weirdos that even Phi Delt wouldn’t take.

Yeah but in ten years they can come back as alums and pretend that they were also cool. Plus it’s a sick alumni network, so there’s value in restarting up a formerly top house. This contrasts pretty heavy to restarting a formerly weaker house like Sig Ep or Sammy.
