ZBT and TDX down

no cap one of the most overrated houses on this site. we shouldn’t misinform the frosh.
I haven’t heard anything about ZBT this past year. weren’t invited to a single bigway by any upper mid/upper houses. At this point they mix with the same sororities that all the mid houses mix with so I don’t even know why people think they’re upper mid…
TDX has no brotherhood. There’s a HUGE divide between football and non football guys. I don’t know how anyone would willingly agree to join just to do rides/clean ups for football dudes. don’t even know if TDX mixed with anyone on slopeday despite their location.

while I disagree with the stuff you said about tdx, you’re right about ZBT. They have also had a bad last couple of rushes cross rushing and a losing a lot of their kids to lambda, pike, pikapp, phi tau. TDX throws great opens for sports teams and Greek orgs. All the valid athletes pull up and add great energy to their parties. This is something only exclusive to TDX. Otherwise I don’t think it’s any secret that dudes in TDX don’t take Greek life serious. Non athletes join knowing this

They were tryna go to waka but couldn’t secure (prolly for the better in hindsight). They are low on money and also don’t have tight relationships w sororities like other frats.

Zeeb has good quality dudes and notorious for its pledging difficulty. Sorority relation hasn’t gone too well but having occasional SDT events keep them in the game. True that they weren’t invited to multis at upper-mid houses, but so does Chi Phi (always caught them at Pi Kapp/Pike).
TDX has a pretty different orientation aka doesn’t take greek life as seriously as other houses and doesn’t keep tight sorority relations. Their physical house and massive parties (with multiple valid sports teams and multiple decent sororities) keep them afloat.

tdx probably had the best location for a slope day pg. I’m not sure what they decided to do (maybe go to waka?) but that space was an absolutely wasted
