This is a ranking ab how well houses can throw parties (of the ones I've been to).
Top
Chi Psi - Either the basement or grand area these parties are pretty good
AD - huge open grand area. great party area if you drink the right things
Good
DU/SX - Both have decent party set ups at the house SX probably better but these two have the best annexes and throw there on a regular basis
Chi Phi - very unique and fun space with the high ceilings and the balcony
Sig Pi - the beach is a very good party space especially during the day
Fun
PiKapp - can get hella hot in their basement but its usually a fun time and has lots of energy
TDX - throws good parties when they can fill the main hall. If not, its just very awkward.
Lambda - huge basement so its not as hot but still can be fun when its packed
Alright
DX - very mid party space. I didn't really enjoy the pledge party when it got too packed
Sig Phi - very mid parties. Didnt help that they barely had any people in the house this Spring
Pike - not very big, low ceilings, very hot. Fun annex tho

It only matters for hosting the actual party
The houses that get invited to make the party good is a whole different story

Remember how they had to invite AD and Sig Phi for anyone to show up at their parties last semester
