Kappa's annex is massive, a big hub for Catherine St block party. For frats, Sig Chi and Sig Pi have good annexes. DX and Chi Psi's are decent too.

annexes change year to year, so not quite sure who has what anymore. most of the good ones are on catherine or on eddy near catherine. there’s also a difference between a nice annex and a big annex. the big ones are ideal for party spaces, but doesn’t mean you’d actually want to live there
