Frats that need to rush well this fall

Sig Pi - losing 30+ graduating class, need to take guys this fall that are chill
Sig phi - doesn't do fall rush cuz they're "Maven" but need to stop being pricks and be more aware of the rushes and not reject all of the good ones cuz they aren't rich.
And every other house needs to as well as rush classes are getting smaller and smaller every single year.
