How I would rush (2022 grad)

How I would rush if I were a freshman next year. (Based on my experience throughout 4 years here)

1. Sig chi: Amazing physical house and 410. Beautiful backyard, top mixing schedule, large endowment. Will be a top 2 house forever barring being kicked off. Only downside is that it’s very isolated from campus.
2. Ad: probably the best physical house factoring in location. Arguably best mixing schedule but #2 cause of incidents over the last couple years (definitely are getting better on the sa front though)
3. Du: very traditional frat experience. Kids you would want to drink with or pretend study in the library with. Great house location and my favorite annex. great parties. Nice porch
4. Sig phi: not my crowd personally but definitely a top 4 frat. Solid house location and nice house. Basketball court outside +.
5. Sig Pi: while next years pc will 100% have some bad rushes because of their 30+ graduating class, they have an amazing house and location. Alumni are involved and solid mixing schedule. (If your rushing with a larger friend group they need kids so you could probably blackmail to get a few kids bids here). Porch +
6. Chi Psi: beautiful house and they have a solid alumni base/ money. Average fairly quiet white guys. Guys you can just hang out with. Have better land and outdoor space than the dx which is why it’s higher.
7. Dx - disaffiliating is uncommon in every other frat but this one. I not a great culture. I would potentially rate below chi phi and but I just don’t know much about them (chi phi)
8. Chi phi: based on house and rep only. No good outdoor space -.
9. Zbt: definitely rush above their weight, but the mixing schedule is reliant on Sdt (which has definitely declined). House isn’t super nice but have nice outdoor space with is a +.
10. Lambda: been to a couple of their events and they were fun. Wouldn’t hang out with 60% of those kids on a daily basis but got a bunch of golf guys who are chill. You’ll probably be friends with 1/4 of your pc.
Pi kapp: if you can’t get a bid here than the rest of this post is useless to you. They bid HEADS and can throw because of it. Pike is similar and another alternative if you don’t get a bid anywhere else.

Llenroc + SAE: both are just back and have good physical properties. Only join these if you are joining with 10+ of your boys. You will have to build these house up and they won’t be good for the next 5 years but if you’re interesting in starting something be my guest.
