Most underrated fraternity

Newbie here, starting school this fall. Are there any underrated fraternities that might be a little easier to get into, but have good social schedules, parties, and connections? Looking for some hidden gems if those exist.

if you’re looking for a house with a chiller vibe with less involved brothers and less pledge, probably check out dx. stil , dx can be tough to get into. lambda and pike might be more your vibe, maybe psk idk

pi kapp throws decent parties and catches. a very wide net of girls in diff sororities, ranging from the rare sdt to tri delt, they are historically super close with azd but since azd has turned around a lot the past two years kind of hard to tell if that closeness is gonna stay but theyre neighbors. their pledging isn’t that bad and they’ll give any guy with a pulse a bid
