Are Sig Nu and SAE homeless?

What does it mean "Sig Nu and SAE don't have houses?" I keep seeing someone post this, but it makes no sense. Most frats have houses if you look them up on google maps. Sig Nu is by the gorge and SAE is between AD and Fiji. The only homeless house I know of is Sammy, since SAE kicked them out.

Honestly half the guys on this website graduated 2 years ago and are trynna hold on to the past. Idk if they are actually able to throw at their houses but they have them
