Who is Phi Dry?

I keep seeing this in ranks, but I've never heard of any frat called Phi Dry. Is this a nickname for Phi Tau, like wtf is this frat?

Ah I see class of 2026 has found its way on greekrank. Phi dry is phi delt. It’s a lower mid/bottom frat. They’re a dry fraternity nationally. Don’t know who they mix with but sometimes throw some good opens. Top house at other campuses though

Lower tier house, often called Phi Delt, but sometimes Phi Dry b/c they're a nationally dry fraternity. Also Phi Delt parties are notoriously tame.
