which houses are coming back/going out?
by: sae is not a frati haven’t heard of a lot of frats coming in or going out. are there any new frats that are coming in or any that are getting kicked off/disbanded? i heard- pike might be going out?

Fully coming back:
SAE and SNU recolonized this year. Both will have brothers living in and fully allowed to throw parties inside their houses.
Mostly back:
Llenroc and Fiji can finally give official bids to their brothers since they've been operating underground throughout the suspensions. Llenroc will be able to throw parties in their house since they own it, but Fiji will be limited to collegetown for at least the fall since the university owns their house.
OTW back:
SigEp is recolonizing in the spring, but they'll probably do informal recruiting in the fall to gauge interest.
Not sure on the Pike rumors, but hopefully they get off.
