What if top and bottom switched?

What if SX and AD only bidded poor minorities in their next PC, and KDR and Acacia took 20+ classes of only rich white people. Would KDR and Acacia become top tier, and SX and AD become bottom tier? Gut tells me C4 would switch who they mix with.
