Reps of bottom frats?

Curious as to what makes the bottom frats "bottom." What is the general rep of houses like DKE, Phi Delt, DTD, Zeta Psi, AEPi, etc. and why does it make them bottom. Curious cuz I've partied at a couple of these houses and they're lowkey hella lit

actually not sure- as someone who has mixed with some of these frats they do have some fun, attractive guys (as well as some weirdos)

what separates kappa sig from the “bottom” houses is that it has mixers, although they obviously aren’t on the level of the mid houses. hence lowermid
