Falling- cool older classes but wack new ones

AD - rising
DU - steady
Sig Pi - falling

Chi Psi - steady
Chi Phi - steady
ZBT - rising
TDX - steady
Pike - steady
Lambda - steady
PSK - rising
Pi Kapp - steady
Phi Tau - steady
SAE - rising
If you’re at the top it’s hard to get higher but easier to fall. The reverse is true also since it’s harder to fall from the bottom. Tbh most frats are in a perpetual steady state despite their self rankings or their attempts to sabotage other houses on this site
