SAE and I don’t think it is particularly close, especially since they are millions in renovations of an already very nice house.

AD, Llenroc, ChiPsi, SAE, PsiU, SigPhi, Beta -- all good houses, though some have better properties and locations. SX's house and property is pretty cool, except that it's basically falling down. Same with DU, they need some major renovations to restore it back to the good ole days.
