Upper core 4 frat talk

At the moment it seems like there are 4 frats all in the upper tier. Those being: Sig Pi, Chi Psi, Chi Phi, and DX. Honestly these r all interchangeable and all have relatively unique pros and cons.
Sig Pi: sig pi def has the best mixing schedule of the four. Granted they are riding off of their older classes but still clearly the best for mixing with other top srats etc. They did not do well at rushing this semester and how they perform next cycle will be pivotal to the house as they have huge senior and junior classes leaving campus.
Chi psi: out of the four chi psi has undoubtedly the best house. I would also say they can throw the best parties of the four. Chi psi falls short because it seems they try to hard at moving up the ranks and their brotherhood reflects it. Outside of the PCs it seems like the guys in chi psi don’t really mesh with each other that well. Seemed like they were going to struggle with rushing this year but pulled together a good pc.
Chi phi/DX: definitely both newer to this year. Both houses took in big PCs with some studs taken from other top houses. Both definitely on the rise.
Chi phi: of the four houses chi phi definitely has the best brotherhood, they always seem to raging w each other etc. In order for chi phi to move up they need to get a better mixing schedule. Although they have started out this semester strong time will tell if they can put together a solid schedule.
DX: DX’s vibe has historically been more soft and artsy but it appears they might be turning it around. Took a lot of guys who go hard at parties. The with DX is that they are not particularly good at any one thing but rather decent all around. Another thing that also needs improvement is their mixing. It seems that they’ll only host a couple big parties at their house a month which is kind of lacking considering the position people are putting them in.

Your boy is wack. DX copped a lot of their pledges from the elites. Chi Phi has sore fingers and other parts from riding Greek Rank so hard.

WA had a bid from sigma chi
There are multiple more. they gave out 23 bids for 20 signs. stay mad.

SX- top and they know it. Haze accordingly
Sig Phi- subpar year. Rush chair really f’d up
AD- pulled in good PC but tough allegations
DU- state school vibe if you like that sort of thing

Def seems like a Chi psi wrote this. Their house is nice but “undoubtedly” come on now
