Accurate ranks. Want to clarify for anyone looking at this planning to rush that relevancy ends with the “mid”/Pike-PSK tier. After that, mixers range from limited (for Ksig-phi delt) to nonexistent. Doesn’t mean lower houses don’t throw down with opens tho so ultimately join where you fit and you’ll have a good time

SAE can’t even use their house yet and Sig Nu is just kids who would have otherwise gone to lower mid or lower houses (and a bunch of them dropped). They are both incredibly irrelevant.
SAE has a lot of potential as they have the nicest physical house on campus, a powerful alumni network, and a ton of money. But for now they are barely a fraternity. Sig Nu will probably set in as a lower-mid or lower house in the next couple of years.

kids that didnt get bids from lower mid houses went to sig nu... as for SAE you can say the same thing, but over time SAE will probably grow and become an upper mid house since they do have advantages like a nice house and strong alumni.

sig nu is historically in the middle of that second tier. sae has been gone for so long that no one knows. since they have to start up again, they will probably be somewhere in the lower middle tiers. they have a lot of money saved up so they will rise quickly.

knowing the PCs they took it will just create more competition in lower or lower mid for the not weird guys left

there is no reason to include either until they move back into their houses and/or start throwing like other chapters do.
