can i rerush as a junior

Just being honest, so don't hate me. The only C4 sorority that historically takes COB is Alpha Phi, and that's only on years they have high disaffiliation rates in their younger PCs. But even that's rare.
I don't know any C4 that takes junior re-rushes-- just being honest. I don't think you'd have a shot, unless you're literally a blood relative of someone already in the house... and in that case you'd have gotten in in the first place.
If you're aiming for a specific, C4, don't do it. Just telling you, it won't happen as a junior.
