COB emails to all girls?

I thought COB was for all girls who wanted to do COB. but it seems like sororities are picking which girls they want

Yeah they could prob get in trouble through PHC for that. It's supposed to be for anyone who wants to do it

It's not for anyone who wants to do it, it's for anyone the houses want. They can reach out to whoever and if they didn't like u during rush they're only gonna reach out if they're desperate. It's unfair but the whole process is unfair anyway :/

technically houses dont have to participate and since it’s informal they can reach out to whoever they want

Basically that just means cob will be anyone they wanted during formal that they didn't get so kinda unfair

Actually houses are allowed to email anyone they want during COB and don’t have to make it public unless they have a really large number of spots to fill
