Diversity real talk

People are forgetting that rush is a mutually selective process. The sororities choose and drop girls that make up their pc. So throughout the whole process the houses that ended up with little to no poc either did not prioritize poc, did not have poc to choose from, or the girls did not pref them back. "Most of the diverse girls currently in Aphi were in our pref round but CHOSE Aphi" shows that they did something right to where the girls felt more comfortable and heard there than any other house even with all their speculated diversity issues and being known as the least diverse and white sorority in the past. Hopefully the girls that ended up there and other houses like theta that propritzed diversity find their home just as well as the girls that ended up somewhere else. Thats all that really matters
