spring COB vs fall?

I know aphi and theta did fall COB in the past but do you think that may be a possibility for spring COB now? not sure what the difference between spring and fall COB is

No it’s way easier for houses to be eligible for fall cob than spring. Very few houses do spring cob

there’s more seats available during the fall but honestly not many. Each house participating (usually like 7-9 houses) takes between 1-10 girls max. Around 150 girls show interest in chapters so you’ve got around the same chances as you do during formal
