Snap bid from phi sig after withdrawing

I withdrew from recruitment yesterday bc phi sig was the only house I had left and I didn’t really feel like I fit with them, but they just called me saying they’re offering me a snap bid and I have a week to decide. I was planning on doing cob to see if I could have a chance at the other houses I really liked (axo, aephi, KD) and I never really wrote off phi sig 100% so was thinking they could also be an option in cob. Now I’m worried this snap bid will ruin everything, like if I don’t accept it will they not be an option for cob at all? Am I still even eligible for cob? Please help

Do u think it would be bad if I said no to their snap bid but then ended up wanting them through cob once I really see all my options?

if you got dropped from the other houses, they won’t take you during cob either cuz they remember who they dropped. if you don’t accept the snap bid they won’t take you in cob cuz they will remember you rejected them before
