Do top houses give out lots of 1st contacts?

Do they hand out a lot of 1st contacts, say 25+, or do they keep it smaller since they kinda already know who they taking?

They gave a lot from my friends and I knowledge so probably doesn’t matter much

i know they do, but im asking if they spam a lot of kids or is it more selective kinda and just weeding it out

1st contacts allows for free room, basically everyone on the “prospectives” list is given a first contact
