lowest of the core 4- most boring and have the worst mixers (more with DX and chi psi instead of sig phi and sig chi)

Theta girls are more chill than other core four but mix with the same group. Best relations with Sig pi and DU

Semi tight sisterhood but very alternative and SJW. Used to be known as also being academic but now it's kind of chiller and woke, not necessarily book smart.

The only top house they really mix with is DU, and most of their mixers are with Chi Psi, DX, Sig Pi, and sometimes Chi Phi. They have weakest relations with the rest of the C4 and have more 4-ways with women's sports teams than they do with other sororities. If anything, they share mixers with SDT. To clarify, none of this is bad, it's just a different vibe than other top houses.

i would add to this that they take friend groups into their pcs. so you'll be stuck with the same friends you go into with for the rest of Cornell (which is great for some and bad for others), and if you don't have friends going theta with you you will struggle
