How bad is rushing as a sophomore?

Post below made me think about doing this. Do frats care if you're a soph?

Sophomores are generally expected to rush in the fall, harder in the spring if you have no connections, but the standouts can join pretty much any house regardless -- average sophomore are the ones that struggle b/c an average frosh is more valuable
