Dropping then rushing as a sophomore

by:

Hypothetically, if I rushed as a sophomore would I have a higher chance of getting in a house that a lot of my friends are in? Either with their pull or becoming friends with more people from the house until next rush. Or does it not work like that?

It honestly depends on the house, but I wouldn't get your hopes up unless you know a lot of the girls in the house. Knowing one person doesn't do a lot. You could drop but you also wouldn't have the Bid Day experience or get close with your PC as much.

i wouldnt count on it. Especially as a freshman, friend groups are so volatile and they might not be as close to you next spring. The c4 probs wont have COB bc they will fill quota. If you have any other the other mid-top houses (sdt/axd/..) then I wouldn't compromise your experience by waiting a whole year. You'll fit into house you end up in, don't worry!! Recruitment isn't the whole world, it just feels like it while you're in it :)
