I’m a junior rn and missed recruitment soooooo do seniors rush at all? I just transferred in as a junior so there hasn’t been enough time for me to build connections. \n\n\n\n\n

Seniors don’t because they graduate the same semester their initiated. COB after formal recruitment ends and explain your situation.
