Possibility to COB to mid tiers?

I don’t aim for c4 but how possible is it for SDT, Axid, Aephi, pi phi , etc to have spring COB?

idk about spring but ik during the fall aephi and pi phi did COB. maybe it’ll be similar

You’re def not getting COB with mid tiers during the spring. They always reach quota
