how fake are actives during rush (srat)

stupid question but overall are actives very fake during rush? ik in general everyone is going to be slightly fake, but i vibed with a few girls today and i guess i'm just curious, are they told to put on a whole different affect or be closer to themselves? like am i going to get what i expect from the round 2/3 convos?

They act like they don’t hate most of the people in their sorority (this applies for every house)

Everything’s fake, you’ll find out quickly that most frats and stats are super cliquey and there’s groups of people that never interact with each other, even in the same pledge classes
