I didn’t dirty rush, I’m planning on rushing and showing up to smokers. What is the best house I could realistically join?

the “best” one u can get is the one where you naturally fit in wherever that may be. if you’re gonna treat rush like a game of climbing to the best house you should join chi psi, they’ll have an easy time convincing you too so it’ll feel mutual

Upper and top tier frats (think TDX and up) are required to court new members for at least 2 weeks before being allowed to initiate bids. Because of this policy, they must dirty rush new members for at least some time in order to satisfy the 2 week observation requirement. Middle and lower tier frats don’t have this policy and so normal rush will be enough to get bids there.
