Why people saying chi psi. Sophomores in quads and lucky if single as a junior. I guess they have a basketball court but so does sx. Ad has a crazy house, du has a good one too: big deck area and porches. Sig phi has a pretty terrible house. No basement squash court tho which has limited functionality. Sig pi is ok, good deck area ‘beach’ no basement tho. Sx has good house downfall is limited porch area compared to du or ad. All in all chi psi doesn’t not have even close to the best house y’all trippin (or in chi psi which is more believable)

Chi psi has the best physical house. They aren’t talking about sleeping arrangements - they’re driveway alone is twice as big as any house.
Sig Chi has a great house with lots of land and a pool but it’s far asf and they can’t throw parties there
Sig Phi doesn’t have the best house but their location is amazing right at the bottom of the slope (Noyes gym/supermarket and the basketball court right in front of them and close to ctown)
DU also has a good big house that’s amazing for parties
