Is it worth joining a top house?

Been reading up on the past ten years or so. Seems like half the top houses have been kicked off in some capacity: SAE, ATO, Psi U, Sigma Nu, Llenroc, Phi Psi. And then I heard Sigma Chi and AD have been suspended several times. And I guess Chi Psi was kicked off for a few years too? Seems like joining a top house is asking for the administration to look at me harshly. Idk

Mids don’t do much better. Fiji and Sammy got kicked. Lambda couldn’t throw a party for 2 straight years lmao. DX wasn’t recognized for a year. ZBT was banned from parties for at least a year. Even TKE and SigEp got kicked off 😂.

If you want to party with C4 you need to go top tier. Otherwise, yeah just join where you fit.
