Are they a good house?

I’ve seen Phi Tau at the top of a lot of recent ranks…are they actually top house? My friend that’s a girl said she hooked up with one of them and he made her kitty purr 😻 but I don’t know if that’s accurate or she was just ovulating. Anyways, are they worth rushing and can I get a bid as a 5’3” CS and Math major that’s from western Michigan?

The fact that he brought her to squirtsylvania is probably true, but sadly they only bid people from the upper peninsula of Michigan and the northeastern corner of Washington
