Best back & front yards?

Sig Chi, Chi Psi, Pi Kapp, and Sig Nu have the most yard space. Fiji and Llenroc would’ve been good too, but they’re underground now. Lambda and Sig Pi have really good decks. DX has good views on a hill, but not much usable yard space. ZBT’s side yard is decent too, but it’s a little dangerous with the entire left side being a 100 foot cliff.

Chi Phi’s yard is just a steep hill, but there’s always guys throwing a football, practicing lax, or snowboarding down it

Don't get why people are tryna get the freshman to join newly reinstated houses, those always have a bit of a uphill climb regardless of their past reputation. Especially those like SigNu and SAE which have been dead and are starting from scratch.

Thoughts on all the properties only not the houses for the relevant houses.

Sig Chi - dope space, have a pool but never seen it filled in. Far from campus but still have a ton of land.

Sig Phi - small yard but have a very cool back patio that they always throwdown in

DU - massive back deck, solid amount of land

Sig Pi - small front yard (by frat standards) but they throw in their parking lot and have a sick rooftop deck

AD - great property, have so much land to themselves

Chi Psi - likewise, lot of land and space here both front and back

Chi Phi - very small yard and kinda steep but they make it work

DX - very limited backyard but have a very spacious front yard that makes up for it

TDX - limited yard space but like Sig Phi sick outdoor patio + giant parking lot

ZBT - lot of space like SX, just far from campus

Lambda - small front yard but a sick backyard with a gazebo by the gorge

Pike - limited land have a good size backyard and back deck

PhiTau - very nice backyard with two levels and a very large sideyard and a good size front yard

PSK - small side yard but they make use of it a lot

PIKapp - massive amount of land from being far from campus
