Toledo deserved what he got

Cops pulled up on him shooting at people in their cars. Cop pursued him while he waived a pistol. Dude stopped abruptly and threw his hands up as he dropped the pistol. Considering how violent that side of Chicago is and how frequently gangs shoot at cops, the cop was completely in the right to shoot him.

Not to mention the kid was nicknamed "lil homicide" and probably already killed someone as part of his initiation into the Latin Kings. Just an all around awful kid who was already a detriment to society.
