Relevant LowerMids?

Doing COB, just wondering which lowerMids are at least somewhat relevant, i.e. would get some mixers/multiways in a normal year, have a solid social schedule, etc?

Ik they're a bit lower in the rankings, but how do those two houses' experience compare to the c4 mids?

Pretty much exactly what you’d expect. Strong brotherhoods but with a little worse srat relations than the C4 mids. Like if AXO is the base for Phi Tau, Phi Sig is the base for Kappa Sig
