Snap bids come out right before bids. There’s no list, chapters can see who dropped and decide if there’s someone they want (usually someone they never cut). It’s over now. If you still want to join it’ll be through cob

Ehh it means they lost some girls in cross rush but there’s never more than a few snap bids so it’s not a big deal. They’ve probs met quota now.
