In other words, AD pulls from the rich kid boarding school group, while houses below them pull from average suburbia (mostly). AD’s top tier, albeit the worst top tier house for a plethora of a reasons.

doesn't look too bad other than the fact that Llenroc is here, and I'd still keep Chi Psi at the same level as Chi Phi and DX.

People scrape to get into AD parties. I saw a group of girls scale their house to the second floor and break one of the windows just to get into one of their bigways. As much as they're "hated," all the top houses want in when AD throws down. Mid tier geeds wouldn't understand.

No matter how you look at it, AD is basically a top house. You have to recognize this is Cornell so the guys are inherently weird.

@Bump ok so yeah we’re at Cornell so weird might be hard to avoid but what about the creepy part? If every girl that’s ever gone to ad knows at least one girl with a sus story about alpha delt shouldn’t it be fixed? (being creepy/rapey is the main reason people hate ad)

There’s 4 top houses, and AD is #4. They’re like the Brown of the Ivy League. They’re the worst top house option and have the least pull, but the kids who join are still from the pool of top tier candidates. To say AD is below ChiPsi or DX is naive b/c those houses pull from completely different groups on campus. It’s like saying UC Berkeley is on par with Cornell b/c their acceptance rate is low, but the reality is most of Berkeley’s applicant pool is much less accomplished than ours.
